I wonder if I’m being sunk by Google? What I mean is that I’ve written a few inflammatory(?) pieces recently and over time, my visits/views have crashed dramatically. This was a tactic previously used to keep unwanted opinion suppressed.the only way back into good graces is to write innocuous pieces, like this one and the previous post. there are ways to check and I have and it appears something is being done to supporess searches on this blog. For now. Hang in because I’m still here.
Google has been clear about what they want these days. They want posts in the 2,000-3,000 word range with headings, subheadings, photos and/or videos, well-sourced, and no typos. They want posts that provide information to answer questions people using search engines are looking for. In other words, they want something very different from what most of us are doing. I don’t have any interest in writing that sort of thing, but that does mean a lot less search engine traffic.

I’ve been writing approximately 1K words a day over several posts. Usua;;y posts are 1-200 words. This began wehn I was writing about the awful Biden speech from 9/1. Suddenly, where I was getting 40+ hits, I was down to 25. Then 12. Then…2 A little testing showed me ,y site was being buried on searches. Gppgle did this a lot in the past and – could this be a coincidence?
