I recently read a scathing article about Neil DeGrasse Tyson. Honestly? I agreed with every word. Not because I’m a conservative but Tyson has done everything in his (limited) power to set science back because of his egotistical stupidity.

I’ve been accused, many time in my life, of not really caring what other people think. I know that to be true, sometimes, but in general, I don’t believe that’s true. What’s more true is that I won’t listen to idiots. How am I able to discern someone worth listening to versus someone I consider an idiot? I’m actually not sure what to say other than experience.

The topic seems silly, doesn’t it? Surviving Atheism? This is the 21st century, isn’t it? Aren’t we a more tolerant, accepting species than we have been in even just a few decades past? I used to believe so but then I grew up watching The Jetsons, and was certain we’d all be in flying cars by this time. Here we are, in mostly he same old internal combustion engine driven vehicles and yes, trying to survive atheism.
