I watched some of the recent Trump rally in the Bronx. Nothing new here from Trump, these rallys are always a version of the Make America Great Again meme. Don’t grt mer wrong, he;s a good speaker, and encourages the crowds he receives, but not much news comes out of any of them. Except in this case, the rally itself became news. Not because of content, because of location.

The Bronx, in case you’re unaware, is a borough of New York City. A borough in this instance, is a self governing part of a larger city. New York City is comprised of 5 of these. The Bronx has a population of a little more than 1.3 million, down more than 100,000 since Joe Biden took office (I wonder why?) and is a traditional Democrat stronghold in the state. Maybe not much longer.

I fnnally saw, live, what appeared to be drone footage of the crowd gathered to listen to Trump. It was huge. The crowd was limited by the city to 3500, but the aerial footage made it seem larger. Also as usual, there were thousands outside and, according to the Trump campaign, numbered around 20,000. If that’s true, then it’s possible that Trump could indeed win New York in November, being the first Republican since Reagan (1980)to win that state.

I wonder how the democrats that control that city/state, along with their media sycophants, will interpret this event? I’ll bet they’ll excuse the crowds by claiming people were just curious, not any indcation of support. Yeah, right.
