Try as I might, I can’t understand the argument they are having in that screenshot. What is Popehat talking about?
I can’t fault PZ for feeling contempt for the American legal system, though, since such contempt is well deserved. It does seem he isn’t taking it seriously enough, though, and that is a big mistake.
