Protecting Other’s Borders First

In an overwhelming vote, Congress recently passed a bill for continuing funding to the Ukraine. Democrats, as usual voted in lockstep with the Republicans splitting 101-112. It was reported that democrats cheered and waved Ukrainian flags on the floor. This shows precisely who the party of war is in Congress.

$61 billion of the overall $95 billion is allocated to Ukraine while the remainder goes to Israel and yes, let’s not forget, Taiwan. Not a single red cent for our own border security. It seems that this administration is concerned about other countries borders to the determent of our own.

You can bet that U.S. weapons manufacturers are jut salivating waiting to ship billions in “aid” to Ukraine. The minute President Biden signs the legislation (soon), rifle ammonization, tank killers, and of course air defense systems will be hitting the pad in Kiev. Stock values will rise on the short-term gain, and bonuses will be paid. Maybe even some to those “supporters” in Congress.

While some of our allies get the chance to protect themselves from their enemies, we, at home, have to bear with the invasion being witnessed daily at our own borders.
