I have to say that in the universe that is YouTube, there are good videos and some that are just awful. I undertand I am not telling anyone that consumes YouTube content on a regular basis anything new. My statement here has nothing to do woth the political or social views of the creator(s) either. I’m strictly referring to content.

I’ve been thinking lately about GamerGate and what it might possibly teach other groups that find themselves in a similar situation of being attacked on all sides for the sin of being who they are. It’s been, and still is, an amazing journey to go from being described as a hate group in the media to virtual silence after there being no evidence to support any allegation of hate.
I was having a Twitter exchange a while ago concerning the egregious “review” of Witcher 3 by none other than Anita Sarkeesian and her pet, Josh McIntosh.
