So I heard that now Texas, and Florida are both on statewide lockdown, instead of, like Florida, only some counties in the south, and Texas, just closing schools. Of course, like everywhere else, essential services are still open,  like grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, and churches. Yes, you read that correctly. Going to church is considered essential.  I am not against thee free exercise of religion, but these people cannot skip services for a month? We’re looking at four, FOUR, Sunday services.

To Wear a Mask or Not?

F8D276BD-1C4C-42EB-A2B1-C7C6831D22BC

We seem to be getting contradictory information about the general public wearing face masks when we go outside. I say new, because, well, as I have been informed recently, what we refer to as the common cold is a form of corona virus. No, oi’m not a medical practitioner and I don’t pretend to know what the possible consequences of this virus may become in the future. But the amount of panic that seems to be around tells me one of two things: We’re either being lied to by representatives of the government (CDC, NIH) or it’s as they say; an unknown right now that will probably end up affecting a lot of people in the US that many will not know that they’ve had the virus at all.
