I’m not sure what to think about this.
I’ve seen some commentary online that is suggesting this is bigotry. I realize he’s a comedian and no, he doesn’t write his own jokes but I wonder what the backlash (if any) would have occurred if Mia Love had been a Democrat?
Just asking.
I now take all my cues for outrage from “The Usual Suspects,” so I’ll be looking to see what their reaction to this is in order to determine how I should feel about it. I’ve decided it is just easier to farm out my outrage like this than to think for myself.

It’s always been curious to me that when a conservative is slighted, silence. When a “liberal” is mocked in the same way as this? Racism, sexism, misogyny.

Didn’t you hear? As a black female Mormon republican, she has something like Stockholm Syndrome and benefits from white privilege because she doesn’t agree with the politics of race-baiters.
I assume that makes her a race-traitor, which status magically makes her white and thus fair game.
