Did any one but me watch the White house Correspondants Association anual gala? The only reas I did was 1) TV in general sucked and 2) on Fox News, Jimmy Fallia, a really good comedian, hosted the show. Of course they didn’t show the entire event, just those pieces tht they believed the audiesnce may appreciate. The remainder was just Fallia, being Fallia. good stuff.

Believe it or not, I was really imterested to see President Biden’s speech (routine) not only because it is an election year, but to see if he could get through the speech without verbally, and aftrwards physically, stumbling. He sis though but the speech, which traditionally has been self depcrcating as well as taking humorus swipes at the media in general, was little more than a grim unpalatable meal of attacks on his opponent. It was awful. It was thankfully short.

He was followed by some comic from Saturday Night Live who, giving him the benefit of the doubt, absolutely bombed. The best part of the entire 2 hours on FNC were the interludes with Jimmy Fallia. I think the whole specticle was a sad presenttion by a media that is just now figuing out they backed the wrong horse in 2020.

All the lies and dissembling have brought nothing but misery and hopelessness to millions of Americans as well as led our allies around the world to not trust in the “leadership” that was once America.
