Imagine this: President Donald Trump, as president, travels to his home in Mar-a-Lago every weekend. Its reported that there is no list of any visitors to is home and that raises speculation among the media as whom he might be meeting with in Florida. Of course, the haters ar going to say he’s meeting with his Russian handlers since so many in the media, and Congress, accused him of being a Russian asset. The media presses for answers to who, if any, he meets with but the White House is mute on the subject. Fast forward to a new year and a new president that retreats to one of his homes in Delaware, every weekend There’a no list,available to the public, of anyone the president is meeting with, foreign or domestic. The media, as a whole, seems to be disinterested. Or are they just laying cover for him as they do with gaffes? What if we hsd a media that held those in power accountable, sans party?

a much anticipated mocie (?) seems to have bombed on it’s opening weekend. Bros, a story of two gay men with commitment problems in their lives, try to have a relationship with each other. It’s supposed to be some sort of comedy/romance but even the audience it was made for, apparently chose not to o see it. the movie grossed $4 million which was far below expectations. Of course the star, Billy Eichner, who is also the writer, blamed whoever he could, mainly heterosexual America for his films failure but if yoy can’t even get members of the gay community to com out and support your work, then maybe the issue isn’t some amorphous group of homophobes. Maybe it’s ust that it’s a horrible film. Here’s the trailer. Judge for yourself.

Seriously. Who is this serial liar we elected president? Please correct me that I can’t find a single public statement of his that is not a lie. The media was always on Trump about all the lies he told. This guy, Biden, is even a fabulist concerning his own history. Her was intimately involved in the civil rights movement of the 1960’s (Never happened) to getting arrested in South Africa while trying to see Nelson Mandela (Nope), to the most recent where he grew up, in Delaware, immersed (my word) in the Puerto Rican community which in 1970 was only 0.39% of the then 550,000 population. This has nothing to do with his dementia, it’s just fabricating a history to attempt to be part of the crowd he’s speaking to (he was speaking in Puerto Rico). Why does the media keep covering for him? they’ve been doing this for years and now that it’s clear he has a form of dementia, they even cover for him when he makes outrageous gaffes like when he was looking for the congresswoman at an event recently. she’s been dead for over a month. Did anyone in the media think it was strange? A few did but it barely made the news at all. Why are they covering for a guy that isn’t doing anything for them and in fact, would actually go further than Obama did in spying on reporters. No one even believes that Biden is actually running the government; his handlers take care of domestic and foreign policy. that’sa why we’re losing not only our position in the world (economically) but respect from not ponly our friends and allies, but our adversaries and enemies as well.

I can’t believe CNN is making an admission that crime is eclipsing abortion as a midterm issue. Well, yeah, it should be because almost anywhere any of us live, crime is increading ion frwequency and volatility. By that I mean, pure, unadulterated, violence. There are places in some cities now that have become “nogo” for most citizens because they have no idea if they will be attacked on the street, shot to death just because someone felt like killing that day, or carjacked (and killed). Mayors of these cities seem to be at a loss as to how to stem this crime spree and make people feel safe in their neighborhoods. Of course, they all want to place the blame elsewhere, but what they don’t realize is that we know that’s just politics and as long as these politicians continue to pretend that’s what’s in their faces doesn’t exist. But to have CNN say that crime is now a larger issue thsa abprtion ois saying something sine it was the media itself that made the Dobbs decision a political football to begin with, Now that most people understand what the Dobbs decision really mesns,it was time to change horses.
