a much anticipated mocie (?) seems to have bombed on it’s opening weekend. Bros, a story of two gay men with commitment problems in their lives, try to have a relationship with each other. It’s supposed to be some sort of comedy/romance but even the audience it was made for, apparently chose not to o see it. the movie grossed $4 million which was far below expectations. Of course the star, Billy Eichner, who is also the writer, blamed whoever he could, mainly heterosexual America for his films failure but if yoy can’t even get members of the gay community to com out and support your work, then maybe the issue isn’t some amorphous group of homophobes. Maybe it’s ust that it’s a horrible film. Here’s the trailer. Judge for yourself.
