It appears courts are beginning to take on the tech giants lie Facebook and Twitter te;;ing them they can’t have it both wayds. You can’t be a platform and a publisher at the same tiime. In other words, you can’t claim free speech fpr al but then censor speech you may not like. The case was this one in front of the 5th Circuit(appeals) court. I hope Congress is paying attention to this, I know there are a few there that would be very interested in this decision as they attempt to craft legislation. I wouldn’t expect anything to happen very soon as the court remanded the case back to the district court they overturned, but the more we see cases like this in the media, the sooner changes will occur.
