I am beginning to believe this entire kinetic action against Iran is nothing more than distraction, a very expensive one in lives and treasure. Why? Consider the ;test news about Iran having a missile that can reach Europe (a missile from Iran targeted the island of Diego Garcia over the weekend, some 2,500 miles away). and how that seemed t be a surprise to everyone. Sure, we all knew they had short range missiles that could threaten all of their neighbors (mostly Israel), but there wasn’t a hint about a medium range missile that could target the west.

But the response from the U.S. government was. “See? We told you Iran was an imminent threat!”, when in fact, they had no idea Iran had this capability. So now, four weeks into a war, we have the first actual justification for the human sacrifice during this period. This action is unpopular no matter how the administration attempts to spin it. Currently, the Strait of Hormuz, which allows transport of not only 20% of the worlds oil supply, but the necessary ingredient for fertilizer which affects farmers all over the world (yes, even in the U.S.). PresidentTrump has threatened to turn out the lights in Iran if Iran keeps threatening the Strait. The Iranians, still emboldened, have said they will respond by knocking out all oil and gas production in the region.

It looks like the price of this war of choice has suddenly risen. Supporters have become desperate, attacking those that question the need for this war, now, with epithets and invective on steroids. It’s surprising to see the tirade coming from the NeoCon-Zionist right that criticized the Obama administration in 2011 for doing the exact same thing to Libya.Yes, we did. Libya was a terrorist nation that had Weapons of Mass Destruction that might include (gasp!) Nuclear capabilities. Of course, Libya had none of that. Some chemical weapons, but nothing to the extent we were told. But what the heck, let’s bomb them back to the Stone Age and get NATO to lead the effort! Now Libya is what is known as a failed state, two coalitions claiming the right of governing the country. That means an ongoing civil war with becoming an even worse host for terrorists and, get this, the slave trade. Thank you Obama!

Don’t let the NeoCon-Zionists fool you. Their agenda has nothing to do with the United States. This was is all about the hegemony of Israel. So to keep up the deception, they accuse others of treason and being Nazi’s, then attempting to gaslight us by saying the Israel doesn’t need us to conduct this war. Really? Then why are we there? That was Ben Shapiro by the way. Still listening to his dog whistle program? Then there’s Mark Levin, you know, the guy that screams invective into a microphone daily and makes the same accusations against others like Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, and Candace Owens. And let’s not forget(although I’m trying!) Dan Bongino while he weeps, weeps, on air over his disdain for these same people. Few believe them. According to Spotify ratings, Carlson is fourth, Candace is eleventh and Megyn forty-eighth, while Shapiro is thirty-eighth and Bongino? Ninety-third. Those last two are crashing. Levin’s numbers for his radio show are high, but his audience is well, older. Take that for what it’s worth. Levin is a hateful racist and bigot who would do or say anything in promotion of, not the U.S., but Israel. I refer to him as a 5th columnist.

So what is our government trying to hide from us in starting a war of choice with Iran? The economy is one thing. Sure, in general it’s good, but in specific people are complaining about it daily and it doesn’t look like the government is trying hard enough to turn things around. But I think that’s small. I really think it’s about Trump’s legacy. Bringing long lasting peace to the Middle East, by taking out the last holdout, Iran. Now that there’s actual “proof” of exigency, medium range missiles, the warmongers can sit back and claim they knew this all along. No, they didn’t. This is all about the numbers for the president. Will any of this bump the presidents poll numbers? Why does he care since he can’t run again? Does this help the generic republican ballot in the fall? Probably not because Americans, democrat and republican, are focused on kitchen table issues, not what’s going on in the Middle East.

This war won’t do anything to boost the credibility of anyone in the near, or far future, because, when this one ends /9and I believe the president when he says it will, soon), there’s another one right there on the chalkboard the will help out some politicians in the short term. Cuba.
