Maybe I’m not looking in the right places, but I find it interesting there’s a dearth of atheist voices during this Iran kinetic action. Of course, I wouldn’t expect a lot of this were the Biden administration, but most of the atheists I have become acquainted with with over time, and yes, mostly online, had nothing good to say about any republican. So, I wouldn’t expected some of the more popular (?) voices in atheism to come out with a statement whether or not they agreed with the action and why. But no, nothing so far. I wonder if it’s true, what Ialway thought, that democrats (liberals) were just as in favor of these adventures as republicans (conservatives).

There hasn’t been any protests in the streets against this incursion.At least nothing of note that would make the news networks. So it seems there’s only a few YouTubers, and a blogger or two (one?) that may have reservations about what we’re doing and why, in Iran.

We know, for instance, that several of our “allies” have nuclear weapons, India and Pakistan for two, yet we have not threatened any military action on either if they don’t give them up. Remember “Little Rocket Man”? North Korea has the bomb as well, just no delivery system /9as far as we’re aware). Now that is a country of crazies that doesn’t worship some supernatural entity, but a real Human Being 9Kim Jung Un) as a god. How much would it take for him to move against South Korea or Japan? Yet, here we are, attacking a country that we’ve been told for thirty years was within months of developing a nuclear weapon. And where did the intelligence come from?

As soon as I name them, I’ll be accused of being antisemitic. This was the same intelligence agency that convinced U/.S. intelligence that Saddam /hussien had Weapons of Mass Destruction ready house on his neighbors and of course, after the 2003 invasion, none were found. Some 4,500 dead and ten times that wounded over eight years for…nothing. Fool me once…
