As we enter the month of April, I just want to be on the record concerning a topic in the media, I just don’t care about. I just can’t believe this is ongoing and I think received too much media based on, well, nothing since according to the same media, we’re all waiting on pins and needles to get details that I really don’t believe most people care about.

I’m truly tired of hearing abut the late Charlie Kirk, a young man brutally killed in the prime of his life. There, that’s about all the kindness I can afford this subject because I’m exhausted hearing or reading about him and the circumstances surrounding his murder. Like 99.9% of the entire world, I know nothing about him. I never met him, and honesty knew very little about him or his mission which I thought was as a conservative , introducing conservatism to young people and becoming successful in spreading the dogma not really knowing that what he was doing was evangelizing those same young people. That’s right, his real objective, as told by most of his closest friends and advisors, as well as his widow, was to bring the Christian message to these young people where he went to speak, disguising that with the icing of some conservative movement. Only six months after his death there are conspiracy theories upon conspiracy theories concerning this murder. It’s gaining it’s own life, so to speak, much as the assassination of JFK has for the past 62 years.

We may never know what actually happened on that day and personally, I can live with that as I do not believe that this murder was in any way history altering. When JFK was assassinated, the probably did not only change foreign policy for decades hence, but also, because of his popularity, had some of the worst legislation ever passed by Congress just a year or two after. Think about it. Now consider why one young man, desiring to reach a new generation for his god, would have any lasting historical effect even in his own land. Not that there wasn’t that attempt. There ws a point last year, earlier this year, when /I thought they (?) were just going to go ahead and deify him. Don’t believe me? Everything’s on the Internet. Go back and watch some of the stories. Maybe people were looking for a new Jesus. Maybe they still are, but as we enter the traditional Easter season, sanctifying a new god may be just too much, even fr those that already believe in at least 3.

I would like the trial to go forward as soon as (fairly) possible s that at least for the majority, the loud part will go quiet and we can go about our business without having to hear about it again.
