I’m writing this on my iPad mini. It’s like typing on my phone because I’m just using my thumbs. Why am I doing this? It’s so I can take this blog mobile. This tablet is easy to carry and I can “blog on the go” if i desire. I carry this a lot of the time so why not take full advantage. To write and post all I need is an Internet connection and honestly, I really don’t need a connection to write as I have Apple’s Pages word processor loaded here.

There is freedom in being able to get business done, if necessary, while never having to be stuck at home or in an office. A really big plus is writing about things I see while out and about. At least make notes. I’ve had ideas about posts while being out and by the time I got home, I forgot about them completely. Okay, mostly. This allows me to take some quick notes if I want or need them. Sure, I have a phone, but the keyboard is really too small to do anything other than answer a text. Blog writing on my phone? I’d end up smashing the crap out of it because it’s so unwieldy for anyone with large digits to type. Please don’t tell me this has never crossed your mind.

Another positive(maybe) is that I might begin blogging more than just daily. Years ago, I used to blog several times throughout the day. Being mobile makes it easy to jot spmething down and publish it on the go. So, maybe look out for more posts from me in the near future.

So far, I’ve discovered this is good exercise for my thumbs.
