Although I was never a fan of his, and considered him mostly someone to laugh at when I did happen to see something he said or wrote, he had a huge following. I have to admit that until the last few days, I’d never heard of Tommy Robinson. I was amazed at the reactions from around the world when he was jailed for supposedly reporting on an ongoing criminal trial in Britain. How could this possibly be a crime?
