I’ve been thinking about this topic since it became a story in the news. I honestly didn’t care that much and I figured it was a one-day story. Well, it seems to have carried forward somewhat and I really think it’s due to the abrogation of intelligence among many in the press and media, not to mention politicians and their ilk.

Does anyone really believe the Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, and Alex Jones were MAGA, before, during, and after the 2024 election? I’m not a constant consumer of podcasts but I do listen to a few, and som of those above are on the list, when I believe I have time. In no way would I have ever considered any of the above MAGA. Sure, they have had, all of them, at one tome or another, good things to say about Trump and his policies. On the other side though, they weren’t afraid to criticize when they thought the Trump administration was going the wrong way. Like this conflict with Iran.

Notice, there were no anti-anybody claims by the White House towards these podcasters until each, separately, began to ask questions about what the purpose of this war was and could it be that this is an Israeli operation and not something American wanted to be involved in to begin with? So, attempting to be “fair and balanced” to borrow from a network, doesn’t seem to work unless balanced means , it’s weighted just one way. Sure, these podcasters have huge audiences, and more and more, people are getting their news and opinion from where? Yes, the Internet where these podcasts thrive. One of the things I said in an earlier post was that the White House, by acting out this way, just lost the mid-term elections. That makes Donald Trump a true lame duck as none of his agenda will see light of day over the last 2 years of his presidency.

What is weird is seeing memes on X from, I guess, actual MAGA supporters that tend to show these podcasters in a poor light. The same people seem to lift up folks like Mark Levin, Dan Bongino, and Ben Shapiro, to name a few, two of which are possibly acting as agents of Israel, violating the FARA act. Guess which ones. Then start looking around the conservative Inter-sphere and ask yourself if any of these people seem a little too much one sided, not taking into account any other point of view.

By the way, all those conservatives just listed are losing audience in droves. Why is that?
