When is Enough, Enough?

A third attempt was made on President Trump’s life, while attending the White House Correspondents Dinner (for the first time as President). Luckily, the alleged assassin was stopped before he could enter the room, where 2,500 people were in anticipation of the night’s events. There was one minor casualty: a Secret Service agent was shot by the attacker, but his bullett proof vest prevented him from being seriously injured, or killed. The attacker was taken alive, shortly thereafter. This is what occurs when the occupant of the White House is constantly referred to ss a Dictator, Hitler, Fascist, Nazi, well, you see where I’m going. The real issue is how these verbal attacks are magnified and carried on by the same media, many of whom were at that same dinner last evening. With the amount of hate and vitriol hurled his way by not only the media that covers him, but opposition politicians as well who have no shame in the way they refer to him or anyone that works in his administration. These people have put a virtual target on Mr. Trump a well as any of his appointees.

But that’s not the real reason I’m writing this. what ws more despicable, to me, was the reaction, on line. The first I know about it was looking at recent posts on X where people were asking for, hold on to your seats, prayers for Erika Kirk. I thought this must be some sort of joke but after tuning into the news on my television, sure enough, the assassination attempt dod happen, and it took only a few minutes from there for someone to mention how Erika Kirk (a guest at the dinner) must’ve felt. Really? 2,500 people attending a dinner in a crowded room where, if the reports are correct, the alleged attacker could[very well caused a lot of devastation with what he was armed with, and people are worried about some preacher chick?

I began responding to some of these posts referring to those posters as Erika Kirk cultists. And I don’t think I was far off because there were dozens of them that I saw before I gave up and got away from X for the evening. But sure en0ugh, today, this has become n even bigger story, at least online. It’s as if god himself sent Erika there to save the presidents life. why don’t we have the Pope canonize her before the end of the weekend and while we’re at it, have Charlie, deified, since thst[s the way people tend to treat this political activist since his death last year. Now, his widow is being treated as Mary (Magdalene?)

I don’t know about you, but I am exhausted hearing about the Strange Events That Led to the Death of Charlie Kirk, and volume 2, Why Can’t Erika Kirk be Who I Think She Should Be? Am I the only one? Currently, there’s a theory out there that the person arrested for the death of Mr. Kirk, actually did not fire the fatal round and that the round, was not a round at all but maybe a tiny explosive charge placed in his remote microphone or even some religious deal he wore. no, I’m not kidding. This takes me way back to the death of John F. Kennedy (yep, I’m old enough to remember)and how the conspiracy theories thst began days subsequent to his death, are still around today. Almost 63 years later. Dozens of books have been written about that day in 1963, a lot of conferences held for years discussing new information, and even a rehash by Congressional Investigation. Unless this conspiracy is vast and wide with literally dozens of people directly involved, and hundreds of others (spectators) indirectly, without any other resolution, then all we have is Lee Harvey Oswald, she and killed John F Kennedy, 36th President of the United States, on his own.

Are we going to be talking about Charlie and Erika Kirk that long? I hope not. Let me throw a statistic at you: the day Charlie Kirk was murdered, by gun, as many as 14 other people in the United States were murdered as well. By gun. Know any of their names, spouses, children, parents, siblings, co-workers? Yet er know more about the days and weeks leading up to Charlie Kirks death (supposedly) than we do of JFK. Think about that. Not to mention the widow uses all her ability to take advantage of the sympathy she receives as a window and single mother. It doesn’t take much to see it and with the way people react to her online, it’s no surprise the way she reacts. I believe she loves the positive attention and will do anything she can to keep those positive vibes coming her way. But more and more people are realizing the same thing and that she, as well as everyone else, should find a way to move on from what is undoubtedly a horrific incident. She has, as the new head of TPUSA but as she can, is still squeezing every drop out of her sad life.

Can’t we let Charlie Rest in Peace?
